Product components and appearance: (two-component)
Component A: coating material (black liquid);
Component B: curing agent (transparent liquid).
Applicable substrate:
Carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, high temperature alloy steel, glass-ceramic plate, ceramics, cement and other materials are available.
Applicable temperature:
The highest temperature resistance is 800ºC, and the long-term use temperature is within 600ºC, and it is resistant to direct erosion by flame or high-temperature airflow.
According to the temperature resistance of different substrates, the temperature resistance of the coating will change accordingly; resistance to thermal shock and thermal shock.
Product features:
1. The nano coating is water-based, safe and environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and has passed FDA (food grade) testing standards.
2. Nano-composite ceramic coating, baking at 250°C for 30 minutes to achieve compact and smooth porcelain, energy-saving and beautiful.
