Description:  Lauryl methacrylate is a non-toxic, hydrophobic methacrylate monomer with a low glass transition temperature (Tg), making it an excellent toughening and plasticizing monomer. In 2k coatings, it has low viscosity, low odor, and low polymerization shrinkage. It is also an excellent copolymer monomer in acrylic and vinyl resins.
Application: Lauryl methacrylate is mainly used in the manufacture of lubricant additives, deodorants, paper processing agents, adhesives, leather agents and internal plasticizers, etc.
