Properties and Uses:
This product is colorless transparent oily liquid, boiling point 255°C, freezing point -50°C, refractive index 1.4423(20°C).
It is an ideal film-forming additive for water-based system, which has good film-forming effect on emulsion polymer system and reduces the minimum film-forming temperature, and is suitable for the occasions where it is difficult to form film (such as high glass transition temperature, low construction environment temperature, etc.). It is especially suitable for various water-based coating systems such as emulsions, emulsion paints and adhesives synthesized from (meth)acrylate, styrene and vinyl acetate.
This product is widely used in emulsions, adhesives, architectural coatings, etc.
It can be used directly and added slowly into the system to be formed under proper stirring conditions. It is recommended to add it when the pigment is dispersed, which is generally (4-8)% of the emulsion set, but the amount should not be more than 12%.
Packaging, storage and transportation and safety:
Net weight 25kg plastic drum, 50kg plastic drum, 200kg plastic drum, 900kg IBC drum.
Store in a dry and ventilated place indoors, and prevent from violent impact and rain during transportation.
