Description:Polyquaternium 10 is a water soluble cationic polymer that is compatible with a wide range of surfactants. It has good thickening, colloidal stability, anti-static, moisturizing and lubricating properties, repairs damaged hair, imparts good moisturization and combability, reduces surfactant-induced irritation, restores skin self-protection, imparts moisture, lubrication and an elegant afterfeel.
Application:1. Skin care:Polyquaternium 10 keeps the skin moist, prevents cracking, keeps it smooth and soft and improves its resistance to UV rays.
