1. Coating film forming agent
Alcohol ester 12 is an excellent coating film forming agent, compared with other film forming agents, due to the low freezing point of alcohol ester 12 it can effectively reduce the minimum film forming temperature of latex paint, can promote the film of latex paint, has excellent wet film performance, can improve the film performance of latex paint, paint stability is good, Thus, the adhesion rate, flatness, brightness, cleaning resistance, anti-hanging and leveling properties of the coating are improved. Alcohol-ester 12 is a di-alcohol ester insoluble solvent with good hydrolysis stability. It is a strong solvent for latex polymers with high coalescence performance.
