I. Product introduction of FKC-1 floating bacteria sampler
Based on the principle of particle impact, FKC-1 floating bacteria sampler is developed into a pinhole floating bacteria sampler with reference to the American SAT type floating bacteria sampler. It can directly measure the number of bacteria in 1 cubic meter of gas, effectively cooperating with the implementation of my country's "GMP" specifications. The product has a reasonable structure, with a sampling flow rate of 100L/min, and the overall level of the instrument reaches the level of similar foreign products, filling the gap of domestic large-flow slit-type floating bacteria samplers.
JYQ-IV floating air dust bacteria sampler is a porous inhalation dust bacteria sampler. It is designed according to the principle of particle impact and isokinetic sampling theory. The sampling is direct, and the wind speed at the sampling port is basically the same as the wind speed in the clean room, which can more accurately reflect the concentration of microorganisms in the clean room. During sampling, the dust-carrying air passes through the micropores at high speed and is impacted on the agar surface in the culture dish; these living microorganisms undergo a dynamic rehydration process during the culture process and grow at a high speed, so as to obtain results faster.
The instrument has a unique and novel structure, divided into two parts, the upper part is the sampling port, sampling seat and air pump, and the lower part is the controller and battery. The sampling port and shell are made of high-quality aviation aluminum, and the surface is closed-cell, which is convenient for sterilization before use. The instrument is powerful, has a large sampling volume, stable performance, and is easy to operate.
