Introduction:NDI is a fine, white or pale yellow to off-white irregular flake crystal. NDI is a raw material of advanced polyurethane, which can be used to make polyurethane elastomers with high elasticity and hardness. NDI polyurethane elastomer has very excellent performance, it has any other kinds of polyurethane elastomers incomparable, irreplaceable properties, such as excellent dynamic performance, extremely high mechanical properties, outstanding cutting resistance, wear resistance and temperature resistance. Therefore, NDI polyurethane elastomer is widely used in automobile shock absorber, forklift bearing wheel, printing and dyeing textile roller, rubber scraper, bridge building buffer block, entertainment, and so on. The poured elastomer made of NDI has excellent dynamic characteristics and wear resistance, low damping, high resilience and less internal heat, which can be used in high dynamic load and heat resistance. Molded products made with NDI have high tearing strength, low abrasion, low compression permanent deformation and excellent resilience. Ndi-based polyurethane elastomer has low internal heat, small permanent deformation and good rigidity under dynamic load. This kind of special microporous polyurethane material is mainly used in damping and buffering parts of automobile.
