Product Description

Nitro blue Tetrazolium Chloride (NBT) is a dehydrogenase substrate used with alkaline phosphatase substrate BCIP for Western blotting and immunohistochemical staining.  

Usage:
Substrates of dehydrogenase and other peroxidase enzymes.  Determination of glucose-6-phosphatedehydrogenase;  It is also the precipitation reagent of fibrinoChemicalbookgen (fibrinoChemicalbookgen).  Alkaline phosphatase is one of the substrates, alkaline phosphatase catalyzed by the formation of insoluble blue products.  It is commonly used for immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and western blot (WB).
