Ni GK® FF (IDA) uses the affinity adsorption of histidine in sample components and metal ions for separation and purification, and can be used for separation and purification of polypeptides, proteins, nucleotides, phosphorylated proteins and recombinant protein with His tag.

Storage
Sealed and stored at 4~30°C (preservation solution is 20% ethanol) in a ventilated, dry and clean place, do not freeze. Used media should be stored at 4-8°C in 20% ethanol solution.
