Decamethoxine has a wide spectrum of antimicrobial action on Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Pneumococcus), Gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonoas, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis), protozoa, dermatophyte, yeast-like fungi of Candida genus, and viruses.
