Application:It is used in the manufacture of special fine chemicals such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and fragrances, as well as in scientific research as a solvent, reaction medium and extractant. It is more frequently used as a reaction solvent for polyurethane synthetic leather and amino acid synthetic leather. The solubility of this product is similar to that of dimethylformamide. 1,4-Dioxane has the following important uses:
