Product Introduction :
GKL-21159 is a semi-permanent water-based release agent, used for non-transfer, high temperature stability, high degree of slippage and abrasion resistance in molding operations.
GKL-21159 can be used directly, and the molding system can be used after molding. The film is very thin and stable at a high temperature of 260°C.
GKL-21159 adheres to the surface of the abrasive tool and provides multi-effect release, almost no transfer to the molded part.
GKL-21159 was used according to instructions to reduce build-up on the mold.
