SUMMARY

1. Fluid loss additives are added to reduce uncontrolled water loss from the slurry into the porous formation.
2. Applicable in seawater slurries, fresh water to salt water slurries and slurries containing 2% CaCl₂ or KCl
3. Enhance early strength development of set cement.
4. Short thickening transition period and helps to control gas migration.
5. Balance rheological behavior of cement slurries and prevents sedimentation.
6. Temperature Range: 0-180^oC(32-356^oF, BHCT).
7. Compatible well with other additives includes lignosulfonate base retarder.
8. Soluble in cold water, dry or water mixed when applied and water quality is not required.
